High-rise buildings are rarely easy to work in and this building was no exception, but our knowledge and experience allowed us to effectively navigate the challenges presented so this project could be finished on time and on budget. Because of the small scale of the space and the highly detailed architectural solution to divide an existing room into two rooms, a great deal of precision and care was needed to realize this project. The finished product allows the materials and textures to stand out while seamlessly integrating the new volumes into the existing spaces.
