After having an architect draw up plans for an addition to add another full bathroom to their second floor, these clients determined that the proposed project was well outside thier budget. However, Harder Brothers was able to work within thier existing footprint and budget to reconfigure the floorplan and fit an additional full ensuite master bathroom with double vanity sink and walk in steam shower. The new second bathroom borrows light from the master bathroom with a clerestory window and both bathrooms feel spacious despite the limited space. Harder Brothers also designed a custom CNC milled oak barn door with concealed hardware and an oak backlit wall to give the master bathroom a warm yet minimalist feel.
