After a previous contractor "walked away" from the project these clients contacted Harder Brothers to take on their kitchen and bathroom renovation. A plan was already in place for the project, but after consulting with Harder Brothers about the design changes were made to cut costs and create a more efficient plan.

Kitchen storage was added and revisions were made to the cabinetry layout to achieve a more clean and modern look to the kitchen. A small vestibule was added to the bathroom for increased privacy and plumbing fixture locations were moved to achieve a more useful bathroom layout.
